CONSULTATIVE SERVICES
Consultative Services are designed to meet your organization’s needs, using Individual, System, and Program-Specific Tracers; and tailored educational activities. Each activity is designed to meet the organization’s particular needs.

- Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and policies
- Your Medical Staff and other hospital documents should be reviewed to ensure compliance with The Joint Commission standards and applicable Medicare Conditions of Participation. A complete report is prepared for you that includes reference to the applicable requirements, and recommended revisions to the documents. This work is performed off-site, and is normally completed within several days.
